Comfort food, breaded and cut in our own kitchen. Here's what people come back for.
- 01
Hand-breaded tenderloin
Breaded by hand, and bigger than the bun it comes on. It is the thing people drive here for.
- 02
Chicken strips we make ourselves
Not out of a bag. Cut, breaded and fried here, and on the large side.
- 03
Two kinds of onion rings
Including the Lacey's rings. Hand-breaded mushrooms too, and you can take a half order of any appetizer as your side.
- 04
Breakfast, all the way to two
Biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, hash browns and pancakes. Order it at eight in the morning or at half past one.
- 05
Lunch specials, every day
A different one daily, alongside the burgers, the BLT and the rest of the board.
- 06
Pie and cake
Pecan, pumpkin, French silk, chocolate peanut butter cake, and a zucchini cake loaf.

The tenderloin, and a half order of appetizer on the side.

A lunch ticket going out: BLT, chicken strips, a burger and a cheese tenderloin.
Every Friday, 11 to 2
Fried fish
and chicken
buffet
Catfish and fried chicken, with mashed potatoes and gravy, corn and green beans on the side. It runs from eleven until two, and it goes quickly.
“What a gem. Stopped for lunch on a Friday and had the Friday buffet which is fried chicken and catfish. Everything was excellent...”

From eight in the morning
Breakfast runs
right up to two
Biscuits and gravy, eggs how you want them, sausage, hash browns and pancakes that cover the plate. If you'd rather have breakfast at half one than at eight, that's fine by us. It stays on until the kitchen closes.
“Our friends liked that breakfast was available for Saturday lunch. They really liked the biscuits and gravy.”

“Great food, great value. The handbreaded tenderloin was amazing as were the handbreaded mushrooms. I appreciate that you can get half order of appetizers as a side... Our friends liked that breakfast was available for Saturday lunch. They really liked the biscuits and gravy. We will keep this on our list for the next time we are in the area on our motorcycles.”

“Great comfort food. They make their own chicken strips which are huge. Very good tenderloins as well. They have two kinds of onion rings and the Lacey's rings are not to be missed.”

“We will definitely be back! First timer... Went for breakfast and it was great! Ask for Nancy she's great, but anyone you end up with is great. Everyone was friendly, small and quaint.”
